By accessing and using the services provided by My Test Diagnostics ("we," "our," or "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our interior cleaning services for residential and commercial properties located in Cape Coral, Florida, and throughout Southwest Florida.

2. Service Description

My Test Diagnostics provides professional interior cleaning services including but not limited to:

  • Residential cleaning (homes, apartments, condos)
  • Commercial and office cleaning
  • Deep cleaning services
  • Eco-friendly cleaning with green products
  • Post-construction cleaning
  • Window and glass cleaning

All services are performed by trained, insured, and background-checked professionals who prioritize safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

3. Booking and Scheduling

3.1 Service Requests

All service requests must be made through our official website, phone, or email. We reserve the right to refuse service to any client for any reason.

3.2 Appointment Confirmation

All appointments are confirmed 24 hours in advance. Clients will receive a confirmation call or text. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.

3.3 Access Requirements

Clients must provide access to the premises at the scheduled time. If we cannot access the property, you will be charged for the scheduled service.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Payment Methods

We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. All payments are due at the time of service completion unless prior arrangements have been made.

4.2 Pricing

Pricing is based on the scope of work, square footage, and specific requirements discussed during the initial consultation. All prices include our standard cleaning supplies and equipment.

4.3 Additional Charges

Additional charges may apply for:

  • Excessive cleaning requirements beyond standard service
  • Cleaning after construction or renovation
  • Specialized equipment or products
  • Weekend or evening services
  • Travel to locations outside our standard service area

5. Service Quality and Satisfaction

5.1 Service Standards

We maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and professionalism. All our technicians are trained and experienced in proper cleaning techniques and safety procedures.

5.2 Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours. We will return to address your concerns at no additional charge, provided the issues are within our control and not due to client negligence or property conditions.

5.3 Recurring Service

For recurring cleaning services, you may suspend or cancel your agreement at any time with 48 hours' written notice.

6. Insurance and Liability

6.1 Our Insurance

My Test Diagnostics maintains comprehensive general liability insurance and is fully bonded. We also carry workers' compensation insurance for all our employees.

6.2 Property Damage

We take extreme care with your property. However, in the rare event of damage, we will repair or replace the damaged item at our expense, subject to our insurance coverage limitations.

6.3 Limitations

Our liability is limited to the cost of the cleaning service or the actual damage, whichever is less. We are not responsible for damage to items that are:

  • Pre-existing damaged, broken, or in poor condition
  • Valuable items not properly stored or protected
  • Items damaged due to your failure to follow care instructions
  • Acts of God, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control

7. Safety and Special Conditions

7.1 Safety Precautions

Clients must inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or special requirements before service. We use eco-friendly products, but we should be aware of any sensitivities.

7.2 Hazardous Materials

We will not clean areas with hazardous materials, mold, asbestos, or other dangerous substances. These areas should be professionally treated by specialists.

7.3 Pet Safety

Please secure or remove pets during cleaning service. We love animals, but for everyone's safety, we prefer not to work while pets are present.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

8.1 Cancellation Policy

You may cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

8.2 Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with our service quality, we will work with you to resolve the issue. Full refunds are available for services that were not provided as agreed. Partial refunds may be provided for services that met with some but not all expectations.

9. Privacy and Confidentiality

10. Warranty and Disclaimers

10.1 Service Warranty

We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards.

10.2 Disclaimer

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN THESE TERMS, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Direct Communication

If you have any concerns or disputes, we encourage direct communication with our management team. We are committed to resolving issues promptly and fairly.

11.2 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Lee County, Florida.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with the effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with any service agreements and privacy policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and My Test Diagnostics. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
